A revised proposed draw for the 2014 South Burnett junior and senior rugby league competitions was released this evening.

Round 1 for both junior and senior competitions will be played on March 22.

Junior games will be played at Kingaroy, Wondai and Gayndah.

In the seniors, Kingaroy will host a double header (Wondai v Murgon; and Kingaroy v Nanango) while Cherbourg will host the Burrum Miners at Jack O’Chin Oval.

The Oakey Bears travelled across to the South Burnett last weekend to play a couple of trial matches against local sides.

On Saturday night at Nanango, the Stags also proved too good for the Bears, defeating them 26-20.

Oakey’s U18s clocked up a 28-10 win over Nanango in U18s.
