Local Ambulance Committee delegates from across the Sunshine Coast, North, Central and South Burnett will be holding their annual North Coast Region Conference at Kingaroy RSL Club this weekend.

Topics to be discussed include CPR awareness, disaster preparedness, suicide prevention and training for remote area first responders.

QAS Commissioner Russell Bowles and Assistant Commissioner Chris Broomfield will also address the delegates.

On Saturday evening, delegates will gather for an official dinner in the Tobruk Room. They will enjoy breakfast on Sunday at the Booie Bello Vista restaurant.
