Bakery Ride - Wondai, Murgon and Goomeri
The South Burnett Mountain Bike Club will be holding a Bakery Ride along the South Burnett Rail Trail this morning, with two options. The first option (if you fancy a 30km ride) is to meet up with other riders at Cafe Murgon in Lamb Street at 8:30am for a coffee and then a 9:00am roll-off to Goomeri, where everyone can grab a bite at the Goomeri Bakery before returning. The second option (for more advanced riders) is a 60km ride from Wondai to Goomeri, and if you take this one you should meet up at Coronation Park in Wondai's CBD at 8:00am to join the 30km riders in Murgon for the Goomeri stretch. Sunday Bingo - Wondai
Bingo games will be held at the Wondai RSL in Mackenzie Street, Wondai this afternoon, with eyes down from 1:30pm. There will be 3 jackpots and 15 games on offer, and the kitchen will be open for light meals. Proceeds will go to help Wondai RSL veterans. More details? Phone (07) 4168-5297.
Questacon Science Circus - Kingaroy
The Questacon Science Circus will be running at the Kingaroy Town Hall forecourt in Glendon Street, Kingaroy from 10:00am to 3:00pm today. This family-oriented show provides over 40 interactive exhibits that adults and children can play with to explore the wonders of science. Admission is $6 for adults, $5 for students or concessions or $18 for a family. Children under 5 are free, and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Kilkivan Railway Markets
The weekly Kilkivan Railway Markets will be held in Lester Millar Park in Kilkivan from 7:00am until around 12:00 noon this morning. Sunday Poker - Kingaroy

Kumbia Museum
The Kumbia and District Historical Society's museum, located in the Federation Heritage Centre behind Kumbia Hall in Bell Street, will be open from 1:30pm to 3:30pm this afternoon. Buffalo Lodge Meeting - Wondai
Wondai's Buffalos will be holding their regular monthly meeting in the dining room of the Cecil Hotel in Mackenzie Street, Wondai at 10:00am this morning. Potential new members and visiting Buffalos are very welcome to come along, and the meeting will be followed by lunch.
Country Music Friends - Yarraman
The Country Music Friends will be holding their first Sunday of the month informal concert at the Yarraman Community Hall in Browne Street from 1:00pm this afternoon. New players are very welcome and you can obtain more details by phoning Jenny on (07) 4163-2469.
Timbertowns Woodworkers - Blackbutt
The Timbertowns Woodworkers group will be holding their regular Sunday morning meeting at the Blackbutt Showgrounds in Bowman Road, Blackbutt from 8:30am until around 12:00 noon today. Community Cricket Coach Accreditation Course - Kingaroy
A free Community Cricket Coach Accreditation Course will be held at Lyle Vidler Oval in Youngman Street, Kingaroy (next to Beangrowers) from 10:00am to 2:00pm today. The course is being provided by Queensland Cricket and is open to Senior and Junior coaches, but an online course component needs to be completed before today's face to face component.
Nanango Kennel Club Endurance Test - Kingaroy
The Nanango Kennel Club will be running a 20km Endurance Test for dogs (and their owners) from 5:00am to 9:00am this morning at the Kingaroy Showgrounds in Youngman Street. The Endurance Test is open to ANKC registered dogs, which must complete a 20km run within 2 hours and 35 minutes while their handlers ride bicycles or run with the dogs. The dogs are vetted at stages through the test to ensure they are fit and sound to complete the course, but owners will need to look after themselves.
