Meet The Constructor - Kingaroy

AGL, GE and CATCON will be holding a public meeting about the Coopers Gap Wind Farm at the Luncheon Hall inside Kingaroy Showgrounds in Youngman Street, Kingaroy from 5:30pm until 7:00pm this evening. GE and CATCON are the principal contractors engaged by AGL to build the wind farm, and all three companies will be outlining what types of materials, goods and services they'll need to buy to bring this project online in the coming two years. The meeting is open to all South Burnett businesses who'd like to get involved in the wind farm's construction and if you can't make tonight's get-together, a second meeting will be held at 5:30pm tomorrow at Dalby's Australian Hotel-Motel.

Indoor Bowls & Cards Day - Kingaroy

The Kingaroy Senior Citizens Club will be hosting indoor bowls and cards (500) competitions at its centre on the corner of Avoca and Kingaroy Streets, Kingaroy between 9:00am and 4:00pm today.
