Thursday Colour Therapy - Kingaroy
The Salvation Army will be running Thursday Colour Therapy - a relaxing, fun morning of colouring - from 10:30am to 12:00 noon at their building at 44 Alford Street in Kingaroy (just next to KFC). Colours, paints, pictures and paper will be supplied so you can draw, sketch, paint or colour in, and you can bring your own project or start a new one. Admission is just a gold coin donation and tea, coffee and nibbles will be provided. Everyone is welcome!
Kingaroy Community Kitchen
The Kingaroy Community Kitchen will be holding its regular Thursday morning meeting at St Mary's Hall at 15 Albert Street, Kingaroy from 10:00am to around 12:00 noon today. Comunity Kitchen members learn how to cook a variety of budget conscious home-cooked meals, then sit down together for a communal lunch afterwards to enjoy the results. Developing Your Budget Workshop - Kingaroy
A free Building Active Communities workshop for sport and recreation club volunteers will be held at the South Burnett Enterprise Centre at 6 Cornish Street in Kingaroy from 6:00pm to 9:00pm tonight. The theme of the workshop is "Developing Your Budget" and it will teach sport and rec club volunteers how to correctly construct a budget for their club to ensure it's financially healthy and sustainable. The workshop will cover the planning and budgeting process; understanding definitions and budget components; operating and capital budgets; preparing, revising and finalising the budget; and tips for developing and presenting your budget. First Nation Coding Club - Cherbourg
The First Nation Coding Club will be meeting at 2:00pm this afternoon at the Sarina Russo Building in Cherbourg. The club aims to teach children scratch coding in a fun environment. It's free to take part and laptops are provided. More information can be found on the Internet.

How To Use Technolgy - Kingaroy
Would you like to learn how to use computers, the Internet and hand-held devices like tablets or mobile phones? These everyday devices are now used by most people, but there are still many who either don't use them to the full, or may know how to use some of them but not all of them. The Kingaroy Library in Glendon Street are running free lessons every Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00 noon to explain how to use these new technologies - and today they'll be looking at Android mobile phones (so bring your Android phone with you). Alcoholics Anonymous - Kingaroy
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to help solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership. A.A. isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organisation or institution.
