KCCI Meet & Greet - Kingaroy
The Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be holding its sixth Meet & Greet for 2016 at South Burnett Directions' offices next to the library in Glendon Street, Kingaroy at 5:15pm this evening (meeting gets underway at 5:30pm). Tonight's meet & greet will be addressed by Kingaroy Ambulance officer in charge Travis Cramb; the Queensland manager of Apprenticeship Support Australia Margie Bradbury; Mayor Keith Campbell; South Burnett Directions committee members; and Economic Development Manager Phil Harding. A $10 meeting fee applies to cover the cost of drinks and nibbles, and everyone is welcome, whether they're KCCI members or not. Kumbia Hall Committee Meeting
- The Kumbia Hall Committee will be holding its first Monday of the month meeting in the meeting room at the front of Kumbia Hall in Bell Street at 8:00pm this evening. New members are very welcome! Sing Australia Meeting - Kingaroy
- The Kingaroy branch of the Sing Australia singing group will be holding their regular Monday night meeting at the Uniting Church Hall in Alford Street, Kingaroy (opposite Shoppingworld) from 7:00pm to around 9:00pm this evening. The group have a welcoming, inclusive and fun approach to singing and meet every Monday except for school and public holidays. Seniors Having A Ball - Murgon
- The South Burnett PCYC in Macalister Street, Murgon will be holding a "Seniors Having A Ball" exercise class from 8:30am to 9:30am this morning. The program is designed to address the issues that many have with ageing and it's not just for seniors! It provides light exercise to keep the heart and joints moving, improving coordination and mobility. It also provides a beginner platform to start any fitness activity on. As well as physical fitness, it also has a fun social atmosphere too. The class fee is just $4 for PCYC members or $7 for non-members. More details?
