NAIDOC Community Open Day - Cherbourg

Cherbourg will be celebrating NAIDOC Week with a NAIDOC Community Open Day at the Ration Shed Museum in Barambah Avenue, Cherbourg from 10:00am onwards today. There'll be a free BBQ, live music, cultural dancers, weaving, art activities, film screenings, fun activities for children and much more. Meanwhile, the Cherbourg Health Service will be holding their annual Health Expo in their grounds in Fisher Street from 10:00am to 2:00pm today. Maidenwell QCWA Meeting

The Maidenwell branch of the QCWA will be holding their monthly meeting at the Maidenwell Hall Supper Room from 8:45am this morning (when things will kick off with a welcoming cuppa) through until this afternoon. The RSPCA needs volunteers to fill roles as dog walkers, animal attendants, dog washers, grounds maintenance helps, administration assistants, laundry workers, and more.
