Makers, Bakers & Growers Markets - Kingaroy
- After a break for the festive season, Boots & Bulldust will be resuming their weekly Makers, Bakers and Growers Markets in Kingaroy today. The markets feature fresh food and crafts produced exclusively in the South Burnett, and are held at O'Neill Square in Haly Street, Kingaroy between 12:00 noon and 6:30pm. Tick Line Placement Meeting - Proston
- AgForce will be hosting another meeting for cattle producers at the Proston Community Hall in Rodney Street, Proston at 6:00pm this evening. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the State Government's proposed changes to the Tick Line, which could have adverse consequences for many South Burnett cattle producers if they're implemented the wrong way. All producers are very welcome - especially those in the area between Mondure, Cushnie and Brigooda, including Proston and south to the Chinchilla Highway - but are asked to bring along a plate of food for a shared supper afterwards. Old Time Dancing Classes - Murgon
- Old Time Dancing will be held at the South Burnett PCYC in Macalister Street, Murgon at 1:00pm to 2:30pm this afternoon. The class caters to all levels from beginners to advanced, all in a fun and social atmosphere lead by a qualified dance instructor. - Training for Kingaroy Red Ants U16, U18 and A Grade players will be held at T.J. O'Neill Oval in Youngman Street, Kingaroy this evening. U16s and U18s start training at 5:30pm, and A grade players at 6:00pm.
