40th Annual Open Charity Golf Day - Kingaroy

The Quota Club of Kingaroy will be holding their 40th annual Open Charity Golf Day at the Kingaroy Golf Club on the Bunya Highway south-west of town from from 8:45am onwards today. This fun golf day is open to men and women and includes novelty events, raffles, a cent auction and prizes for winners, runners-up and close approaches. St Patricks P&F Association will be holding an RACQ Kids N Cars Safety Program at St Patricks School at 16 Alfred Street, Nanango at 6:30pm this evening. This free program is aimed at helping parents and caregivers keep children safe in and around vehicles, and the course will offer tips on driveway safety, driver distractions, unrestrained passengers and items, choosing appropriate child restraints and fitting them correctly.
