South Burnett CTC - Working For Our Community
South Burnett Community Leadership Program Info Session - Inverlaw
An information session about the 2017 South Burnett Community Leadership Program (SBCLP) will be held at Mulanah Gardens at 736 Deep Creek Road, Inverlaw from 5:30pm to 7:00pm this evening. The SBCLP aims to build the confidence, capabilities and networks of people in the South Burnett, and to strengthen the sustainability of our region's businesses, organisations and communities. More details about the 2017 SBCLP can be found on the Red Earth Community Foundation website. The information session will be followed by an optional two-course dinner for $25 per head, but bookings for this by August 22 are essential: 0417-010-292.
Sing Australia Meeting - Kingaroy
The Kingaroy branch of the Sing Australia singing group will be holding their regular Monday night meeting at the Uniting Church Hall in Alford Street, Kingaroy (opposite Shoppingworld) from 7:00pm to around 9:00pm this evening. The group have a welcoming, inclusive and fun approach to singing and meet every Monday except for school and public holidays. Kingaroy SES Training Night

Monday Evening Bingo - Blackbutt
Bingo games will be held at Nukku Nook at the head of the Blackbutt Rail Trail in Hart Street, Blackbutt from 7:00pm this evening (eyes down at 7:30pm sharp). Seniors Having A Ball - Murgon
The South Burnett PCYC in Macalister Street, Murgon will be holding a "Seniors Having A Ball" exercise class from 8:30am to 9:30am this morning. The program is designed to address the issues that many have with ageing and it's not just for seniors! It provides light exercise to keep the heart and joints moving, improving coordination and mobility. It also provides a beginner platform to start any fitness activity on. As well as physical fitness, it also has a fun social atmosphere too. The class fee is just $4 for PCYC members or $7 for non-members. More details? Graham House Community Kitchen - Murgon
The Graham House Community Kitchen will be holding its regular Monday morning meetings at the Graham House Community Centre in Taylor Street, Murgon from 10:00am to around 12:00 noon this morning. Community Kitchen members learn how to cook a variety of budget conscious home-cooked meals, then sit down together for a communal lunch afterwards to enjoy the results.
