Iron And Clay - Murgon
Christian band Iron And Clay will be performing in concert at the New Horizons Church at 15292 Bunya Highway in Murgon this evening, courtesy of the Barambah Ministers Association. Events will get underway at 4:30pm with a BBQ with food and drinks on sale, followed by the concert at 5:30pm which will continue until about 6:30pm. Everyone is welcome along! More details? - The South Burnett PCYC in Macalister Street, Murgon will be holding a "Seniors Having A Ball" exercise class from 8:30am to 9:30am this morning. The program is designed to address the issues that many have with ageing and it's not just for seniors! It provides light exercise to keep the heart and joints moving, improving coordination and mobility. It also provides a beginner platform to start any fitness activity on. Friday Night At The Shed - Nanango
The Shed in Little Drayton Street, Nanango (just next to the Scott Car Park) will be open from 7:30pm until late tonight for local musicians and anyone else who enjoys music to come along, bring their instruments and jam in a relaxed and informal setting (or just sit on the Shed's lounges, listen in and enjoy the wide variety of talent on offer). KSHS Annual Flair Concert - Kingaroy
- Kingaroy State High School's annual Flair Concert will be held at Kingaroy Town Hall in Glendon St, Kingaroy from 6:30pm this evening (the show starts at 7:00pm and usually finishes around 9:00pm). This year's program includes talented solo singers, dancing, instrumental and comedy acts, and the Kingaroy State High School Stage Band and Men's Choir. Tickets are $7 for single admission (or $5 if pre-purchased at the school) or $15 for a family of four. Come along with your friends and family for a night of entertainment!
Murgon RC Race Club Meeting
The Murgon RC Club for radio-controlled cars will be holding a meeting at Angelfield Aerodrome at the end of Macalister Street, Murgon this evening (drive w-a-y past the Showgrounds along the dirt road and through the gate marked "Private Property"). Nominations will be taken from 6:00pm and racing will begin around 6:30pm. Short Course Trucks and Buggies will be racing if sufficient numbers are there, otherwise it'll be down to whatever turns up. Spectators are more than welcome to come along for free, but to take part in the racing you'll need to be a PCYC member ($30 per year for an adult or $60 per family - you can join up on site today) and the fee for racing is $10. - The South Burnett Ag Training Forum will be holding a meeting in the Taabinga Room at DAF's Kingaroy Research Station at 214 Kingaroy-Cooyar Road at noon today. The meeting will feature presentations from the newly appointed regional Back to Work Officers and from South Burnett Directions. Tea and coffee will be provided.

- Wesleyan Grace Community Food Hampers will be available at 36 Fitzroy Street, Nanango from 9:00am to 12:00 noon today. Food hampers will be available for $20.
South Burnett Pantry - Kingaroy
- The South Burnett Pantry will be open from 8:30am to 12:30pm today at 22 Stolzenberg Road in Kingaroy. The Pantry is a not-for-profit registered charity run by a Board of Management and staffed by volunteers, and it helps low income families, couples and singles stretch their shopping dollar further. The Pantry offers $40 pantry hampers that contain most of the food and personal cleaning items that most people need to get through part of the week (though you'll need to shop elsewhere for extras or special items).
