Public Meeting - Kingaroy
A public meeting to discuss the future of the Nanango and Wondai Army Cadet units will be held in the Tobruk Room at the Kingaroy RSL Club off Short Street, Kingaroy at 6:00pm this evening. At present the Wondai unit doesn't have a leader after its former leader relocated to Toowoomba, and this is causing more difficulties than initially expected. Tuesday Night Karate - Nanango
Ko Tora Kai Karate Do will be running its regular Tuesday night karate classes at the CWA Hall in Fitzroy Street, Nanango (opposite Foodworks) from 6:00pm to 7:30pm this evening. Nicole Alexander - Kingaroy
- Author Nicole Alexander will be appearing at the Kingaroy Library in Glendon Street, Kingaroy at 11:30am this morning to talk about her six best-selling novels and chat with fans. Nicole was born and raised north-west of Moree where her family have a property producing Hereford cattle, and still works on the land with her partner David, a cotton grower.
