State Of Origin - Round 2
The second 2022 State Of Origin match between the Maroons and Blues will be played at Perth's Optus Stadium from around 8:10pm tonight. The Maroons, who were ranked as underdogs going into the first round of this ultimate annual competition will be hoping to convert their 1-nil win over the Blues into a series decider, while the Blues will striving heroically to bring the score back to a 1-all tie. So viewers can expect some very hard-fought, action packed footy from both teams. This year, State Of Origin also has a local touch with Cherbourg's Selwyn Cobbo putting on his first Maroons jersey after a meteoric rise through the ranks. Throughout the region, most clubs and hotels will be broadcasting the match on big screen TVs (and a few will be running special State Of Origin nights) if you want to enjoy the match with mates, or you can stay at home out of the chilly winter weather and watch all the action on free to air TV.
