Neurospark Brain Fitness Workshop - Nanango

QUT Professor Selena Bartlett (a former Nanango resident) and educaqtion specialist Sheryl Batchelor will be holding a free, two hour Neurospark Brain Fitness Workshop at the Nanango Cultural Centre in George Street, Nanango from 9:30am to 11:30am this morning. The workshop will explain how the brain works and show participants how to change the way their own brain works - using the latest discoveries in neuroscience - to improve memory, sleep better, and reduce worry, anxiety and stress levels. After the workshop, Neurospark tools will be available for purchase and tea and scones will be available too.

Alcoholics Anonymous - Kingaroy

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to help solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership. A.A. isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution.
