School Holidays Start Tomorrow
State school students will finish Term 1 today and begin enjoying their 17-day Easter vacation from tomorrow. Term 2 will begin on Monday, April 20.
KCCI Meet & Greet - Kingaroy
The Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be holding its latest six-weekly Meet & Greet for 2015 at the Burke & Wills Motel in Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy from 7:00am to 8:30am this morning. A buffet breakfast will be available for $10 per head (if you RSVP by March 31) and there'll be several guest speakers giving short talks. More details? The Proston SES group will be meeting at their shed at the corner of Collingwood and Nelson Streets in Proston at 6:30pm this evening for their regular weekly training night. New members are very welcome!
Thursday Farmer's Markets - Kingaroy
Growing The Burnett will be holding their Mid-Week Markets in Kingaroy today. The markets feature fresh food and crafts produced exclusively in the South Burnett, and are held in O'Neill Square in Haly Street, Kingaroy between 12:00 noon and 6:30pm. Thursday Night AFL Training & Shave For A Cure
The South Burnett Saints men's and women's AFL teams will be holding their regular Thursday night training session at Lyle Vidler Oval in Youngman Street, Kingaroy at 5:45pm tonight. Extra women's players are very welcome, and so are spectators. Note: A special extra feature of tonight's training will be a Shave For A Cure get-together. Several Saints will be losing their locks to support one of their team's family members who is currently fighting leukaemia, and it promises to be a fun night!
Taras Hall Bingo - Nanango

Murgon Spinning, Weaving and Dyeing Group
The Murgon Spinning, Weaving & Dyeing Group will be holding a meeting at Graham House at 21 Taylor Street East in Murgon from 9:00am to 2:00pm today. St Joseph's Bingo - Murgon
St Joseph's Parish Hall in Angel Avenue, Murgon will be hosting bingo games from 7:30pm this evening. There'll be $1000 in prizes on offer as well as a canteen and lucky bingo tickets. Proceeds will go to aid St Joseph's school and community works.
South Burnett Toastmasters - Kingaroy
South Burnett Toastmasters will be holding a meeting in the Anzac Room of Kingaroy RSL in Markwell Street, Kingaroy at 7:00pm this evening.
