Jonathan Thurston - Cherbourg
Rugby league legend Jonathan Thurston will be appearing at Cherbourg's Jack O'Chin rugby league oval from 3:00pm to 4:00pm this afternoon to meet fans, sign autographs and be part of phone selfies - all in a COVID Safe way, of course! Jonathon has been visiting Cherbourg this weekend to assist with the "Beyond The Nest" junior league development course being run by South Burnett Rugby League, and he'll be wrapping up his visit with today's public appearance. Aero Modellers Fly-In - Kingaroy
The Kingaroy Aero Modellers Society will be holding Day 2 of their two-day Model Aero Fly-In at the KAMS flying field at 844 Booie-Crawford Road, Booie from 8:30am until late this afternoon. KAMS members fly model aeroplanes of all types, and this weekend's get-together will be drawing fellow modellers from all over south-east Queensland.
