Murgon National Seniors Bus Trip To Darling Downs Zoo

The Murgon branch of National Seniors will be running a bus trip to the Darling Downs Zoo at Pilton today. Tickets for the all-inclusive trip are $80 per head and they cover bus transport, morning tea and lunch (the bus will leave Murgon at 6:00am and pick up along the way). Anyone aged 50 or more is most welcome to come along, meet new friends and enjoy a fun day out. These everyday devices are now used by most people, but there are still many who either don't use them to the full, or may know how to use some of them but not all of them. The Kingaroy Community Police Consultative Committee will be marking its 25th birthday with a free sausage sizzle in the Kingaroy Town Hall Forecourt in Glendon Street from 10:00am to 12:00 noon today. There'll also be displays from the Queensland Fire and Emergency Service, Police, Ambulance, Rural Fire Brigades and SES, along with a demonstration by the QFES's "kitchen fire" fire-fighting abilities (which should be a lot of fun).
