Pink Stumps Golf Day - Wondai
- The Wondai District Cricket Club will be holding their annual Pink Stumps Golf Day at the Wondai Country Club on the Bunya Highway just north of Wondai's CBD today. This fun get-together will be a 3 person ambrose over 18 holes with a warm-up sausage sizzle at 9:30am, followed by a shotgun start at 10:00am. In addition to great prizes for the longest drive and being nearest to pins, there'll be a prize for the best-dressed team (but you'll need to wear pink to be in the running), a multi-draw raffle and a money board. There'll also be a bar and BBQ running, and the $22 admission fee includes an awesome Wondai burger. Everyone is welcome to take part and help raise funds for a good cause, and you can find out more information and/or book in your team by phoning Chris on 0437-685-996 or Cameron on 0409-644-722.
