South Burnett CTC - Working For Our Community
South Burnett Chorale - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Chorale will be holding their regular Tuesday practice night at the Church of Christ Hall at the corner of Haly and Burnett Streets in Kingaroy from 7:00pm to 9:00pm this evening. Nanango Scout Club Meeting
The Nanango Scout Club - which meets every Tuesday night during school terms - will be holding its regular weekly meeting at the Scout Den at 40 Henry Street, Nanango (just next to the police station) from 5:30pm to around 7:00pm tonight. The group currently has three sections in operation: Joeys (for children aged 6 to 8 years); Cubs (8-11 years); and Scouts (11-15 years). Kingaroy QCWA Craft Day
The Kingaroy branch of the QCWA will be holding one of their regular Craft Days at the QCWA Rooms in Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy today (just next to Kingaroy RSL) from 9:00am to around 12:00 noon. Candlewicking is being taught this month, but you're very welcome to come along and pursue your own craft if you prefer. Branch craft days are always very social mornings and guests are welcome come along, enjoy a great morning tea and share the fun of learning a craft together, or just enjoy a natter and friendship. Craft Days are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.
Proston Men's Shed
The Proston Men's Shed in the old railway station building in Railway Park on Rodney Street will be holding its regular weekly meeting today, kicking off with a cuppa at 10:00am. New members are always welcome.
Tuesday Night Basketball - Kingaroy
The Tuesday night men's basketball competition will be running at the Kingaroy High School sports auditorium from 4:30pm onwards this evening. Five A-grade and six B-grade sides will battle it out, and spectators are very welcome.
Tuesday Night Indoor Bowls - Wondai
The Wondai Indoor Bowls Club will be holding its regular Tuesday meeting at the Wondai Town Hall in Mackenzie Street, Wondai at 7:30pm this evening. Three games of 12 ends are played, lasting up to three hours, and playing fees are $3. SBCOnShow Meeting - Murgon
The South Burnett & Cherbourg On Show festival committee will be holding their latest monthly meeting for 2016 from 10:30am to 12:30pm this morning at the old Murgon Shire Council Chambers in Stephens Street West, Murgon to work on planning this year's October long weekend event. Brazilian Body Tone Workshop - Murgon
The South Burnett PCYC in Macalister Street, Murgon will be holding a Brazilian Body Tone Class from 4:30pm to 5:30pm this afternoon in their upstairs fitness studio. The class is based on the principles behind the well-known "Brazilian Butt Lift" and while the focus is on your lower body, it will help sculpt and tone your entire body in a fun, enjoyable atmosphere. Tuesday Night League Training - Kingaroy
Training for Kingaroy Red Ants U16, U18 and A Grade players will be held at T.J. O'Neill Oval in Youngman Street, Kingaroy this evening. U16s and U18s start training at 5:30pm, and A grade players at 6:00pm.
Tuesday Night Dance Lessons - Kumbia

Danny's Diner - Kingaroy
Danny's Diner - a free community dinner - will be held at the Uniting Church Hall at the corner of Alford and Youngman streets in Kingaroy from 5:30pm to 7:00pm tonight. The dinner is an initiative of the Kingaroy District Ministry Association for the benefit of anyone who's hungry or otherwise doing it tough. Mobile Service Centre - Cherbourg
The Federal Government's Mobile Service Centre "Desert Pea" will be visiting Cherbourg from 9:00am to 3:30pm today. The MSC will be parked near the Ration Shed Museum in Barambah Avenue and will be offering information and help on Centrelink and Medicare payments and services, and child support. It will also be providing free hearing health checks.
Country Crafters Meeting - Blackbutt
The Blackbutt Country Crafters will be holding their regular Tuesday morning meeting at the Uniting Church Hall in Coulson Street, Blackbutt from 9:30am to 2:00pm today.
