Wondai Army Cadets Open Day
The 135 Army Cadet Unit will be holding an Open Day at their depot in Bramston Street, Wondai between 10:00am and 2:00pm today. The day is for young people aged between 13 and 17 who are interested in joining the Army Cadets and/or who would like to find out more about all the fun things the Cadets do, and their parents are very welcome to come along as well. Sunday Bingo - Wondai

Timbertowns Woodworkers - Blackbutt
The Timbertown Woodworkers group will be holding their regular Sunday morning meeting at the Blackbutt Showgrounds in Bowman Road, Blackbutt from 8:30am until around 12:00 noon today. Murgon JRL Touch Footy Sign On Day
The Murgon Junior Rugby League will be holding a Touch Footy Sign-On at their clubhouse at the Murgon Showgrounds in Macalister Street from 9:00am to 11:00am this morning. Tiny Touchies (born 2010-2015) can play for $2 per game, while Juniors (born 2006-2009) can play for $50 per child. High school and seniors (born 2005 or earlier) will play in mixed senior teams for $70 per player. Matches will be played on Wednesday nights starting February 21.
Movie Fundraiser - Kingaroy
Amber Allen will be holding a special screening of "The Greatest Showman" at Kingaroy's Satellite Cinema at 9:30am this morning as part of her fundraising efforts to help World's Greatest Shave.
