Danny's Diner - Kingaroy
Danny's Diner - a free community dinner - will be held at the Uniting Church Hall at the corner of Alford and Youngman streets in Kingaroy from 5:30pm to 7:00pm tonight. The dinner is an initiative of the Kingaroy District Ministry Association for the benefit of anyone who's hungry or otherwise doing it tough. Narcotics Anonymous - Kingaroy
- The South Burnett branch of Narcotics Anonymous will be holding its regular weekly meeting at the Presbyterian Church Hall in Youngman Street, Kingaroy from 7:30pm to 8:30pm tonight. Narcotics Anonymous is a non-profit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. NA members are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. There is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using. Note: Tonight's NA meeting will also be the last one in Kingaroy for the year because the convenor will be overseas until after Christmas.
